Cómo funciona el calendario
El Concejo Municipal sesiona el segundo y cuarto martes del mes. La
sesión cerrada suele empezar por la tarde; la sesión regular
comienza a las 6:30 p. m. La hora impresa en la agenda es la de
la sesión cerrada, por eso el calendario puede mostrar una hora anterior
a la reunión a la que usted quiere asistir.
Los comités asesores tienen sus propios ritmos: algunos mensuales,
otros trimestrales, varios irregulares. Las cancelaciones son frecuentes y
Legistar las registra, así que una reunión que desaparece de este
calendario normalmente fue cancelada.
El Concejo no sesiona todos los meses del año. Los huecos en verano
son normales y se ven arriba como ausencia de reuniones, no como un aviso: la
ciudad no publica un receso formal a través de Legistar.
